The Entrada Property Owners Association has two different options for the payment of your annual assessment.
You may pay the total sum of $350.00 due January first of each year, or you may pay $87.50 each quarter throughout the year. Payments are due on the first of each quarter. (i.g. Jan 1, April1, July 1, Oct 1)
